Request Profile Removal

Takde indexes publicly available websites to make them discoverable by AI agents. If you want your website removed from our index, you have several options:

Option 1: robots.txt (Recommended)

Add the following to your website's robots.txt file:

User-agent: TakdeBot
Disallow: /

We check robots.txt before indexing. Your profile will be removed within 7 days.

Option 2: noindex Meta Tag

Add this meta tag to your website's HTML head:

<meta name="robots" content="noindex">

We respect noindex directives and will remove the profile on next crawl.

Option 3: Email Request

Send an email to [email protected] with:

• The URL of the profile you want removed
• Proof that you own or control the website (e.g., send from an email address on the domain)

We will process removal requests within 48 hours.

What Gets Removed

• Your structured profile from our index
• Any cached full-text content (markdown)
• Your GEO page at takde.org/p/your-slug

After removal, your website will no longer appear in Takde's Discovery API or MCP Server results.

Data Protection

Takde complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 and GDPR for EU sites. We only index publicly available information from websites. We do not collect or store private data.
