It works by fermenting overripe coffee fruits and then sun drying them on an African bed. This process takes between 25 and 40 days, longer than normal coffee processing methods. \n\n#### **Complex and Flavourful**\n\nThis is an exceptional batch of coffee beans possessed very layered and complex, with a strong liquor chocolate aroma, followed by whiskey notes and complex fruitiness.
