These challenges are spiraling you into frustration and misery. You have been trying to move your emotions to a better place, but you realize it is tough to do this alone. In such difficult times, you may need someone who is willing to listen to your concerns without judgment.  \nAt **Feel Connected**, we provide one-on-one talk therapy in an environment where you can feel safe to begin resolving your issues.
