The oldest painting dates to 1914, hung by the entrance, and another, which is elegantly painted on silk, is in one of the private rooms.\n\nThe works of the late great Chong Liew Syn, who established the Sarawak Fine Arts School, is also featured prominently in the main dining hall.\n\nOur restaurant’s name, Foo Man Ting / 福满庭, means ‘Court Full Of Luck’. The word 福 is also the first character of our parent company Hock Seng Lee / 福胜利.\n\nNotable calligraphy master Liew Boon Poh created Foo Man Ting’s logo.
