{"content":"Previous\n\nNext\n\nThe Association\n---------------\n\nMalaysian Association of Money Services Business or MAMSB (Persatuan Perniagaan Perkhidmatan Wang Malaysia) was registered on 22nd August 2013 with the Registrar of Societies under the Societies Act 1966. Every licensee and approved Money Services Business Agents under the MSBA are eligible to become a member of MAMSB. It is a requirement by Bank Negara Malaysia.\n\nEach corporate entity seeking to apply for membership is required to nominate a ‘Corporate Representative’ to be the authorised Member Representative to MAMSB in accordance with its Articles of Association. The corporate representatives that will be the Member Representatives is registered by MAMSB based on a Directors’ Resolution from the company certified by the Company Secretary.
